Robert Varden of UNITE shared his perspective, highlighting the industry’s challenges, “In my 40 plus years in this business, I’ve always seen 3 distinctly different players. The manufacturer, the retailer / dealer, and the contractor / installer. And while not even one of these groups would survive without the other, how often do they communicate? Our Goal with this summit is to help bridge that gap, open constructive communication between the manufacturer, the retailer, and the installer.”
