Cancellation Policy: No registration refunds after June 30, 2025 will be accepted. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to registration refunds requested prior to June 30, 2025.  All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Registration fees are not deductible as charitable contributions. Registration fees may be deductible as ordinary or necessary business expenses. Consult your tax advisor for more information. 

Travel Arrangements: All travel arrangements, including but not limited to airfare, vehicle rental, lodging, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the attendee. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond the control of NAFCT (such as weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events), NAFCT shall not be held liable for any costs or losses incurred by the attendee, including non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses. Attendees are encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance to mitigate potential losses.
