About the Course
Concrete Moisture Testing Training & Certification
The Concrete Moisture Testing Class is designed to equip professionals with the essential knowledge and skills required to accurately evaluate the moisture condition in concrete substrates prior to the installation of floor coverings. This course will cover all pertinent ASTM documents and standards related to concrete moisture testing, ensuring participants are well-versed in the latest industry protocols and methodologies.

What You Will Learn — Concrete Moisture Testing
Understand ASTM Standards: Gain comprehensive knowledge of all relevant ASTM standards, including but not limited to:
- ASTM F2170: Standard Test Method for Determining Relative Humidity in Concrete Floor Slabs Using In-situ Probes
- ASTM F1869: Standard Test Method for Measuring Moisture Vapor Emission Rate of Concrete Subfloor Using Anhydrous Calcium Chloride
- ASTM F710: Standard Practice for Preparing Concrete Subfloors to Receive Resilient Flooring
- ASTM F2659: Standard Guide for Preliminary Evaluation of Comparative Moisture Condition of Concrete, Gypsum Cement, and Other Floor Slabs and Screeds Using a Non-Destructive Electronic Moisture Meter
Perform Accurate Testing: Develop hands-on skills to correctly perform various moisture tests in compliance with ASTM standards, ensuring reliable and accurate results.
