About the Certification
The Certified Resilient Floor Claims Analyst course is designed for experienced flooring professionals to complete field assessments and evaluate submitted reports on projects in which they have a professional vested interest in determining root causes; to reach claim resolution.
The course will cover all the materials listed in the ASTM F141 Standard Terminology Relating to Resilient Floor Coverings.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn about how resilient sheet goods, planks, and tiles are constructed
- Learn about materials used including: Vinyl, Rubber, Vinyl Composite Tiles, Asphalt, Cork, and Linoleum
